Botkins Electric and Plumbing Co is looking for an Experienced Electrician to join our skilled trades team in Botkins, OH. Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and/or industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Inspect electrical components such as circuit breakers, wiring, and outlets to ensure code compliance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults and perform timely repairs
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople on job sites
- Ensure all work meets local, state, and NEC electrical codes and safety standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
Requirements:
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
- Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local electrical regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
